I love these. I would never have thought to compare Leatherface to the Wolf Man, but it kinda works.
By now, most folks are familiar with the Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3 trailer, a parody of Excalibur that features Leatherface getting his chainsaw from the Lady of the Lake. I love this trailer in it’s absurdity, which tells us nothing of the actual movie.
What some folks might not know is there were a couple alternate ideas for the trailer, the most interesting being this:
“An alternate Cimarron idea used the chainsaw as the Sword in the Stone, with the hands of Jason Voorhees and Freddy Krueger attempting—and failing—to remove it.”
